Health Payment Advocates (HPA) is a privately held Limited Liability Corporation (LLC) based in Naperville, IL.  The company’s Executive Team and Board of Advisors have founded some of the countries’ most influential healthcare organizations, including Ingenix and Viant Health Payment Services.  These founders recognized that the healthcare industry has been in need of an organization focused solely on helping consumers understand and lower their medical expenses.

HPA has extensive experience in working with medical claims and interacting with the provider community.  HPA is focused on serving employers, payers, administrators and brokers with solutions to help minimize administrative and customer service expenses associated with managing members whom have high out-of- pocket liability.

HPA services are focused on helping members understand their liabilty as it relates to their healthcare expenses and determining a solution which fits the needs of the provider and member for the management of those expenses.  HPA solutions can include the facilitation of a payment program, enrollment in  a charity care plan or execution of a discount from the overall member liability.  

 
HPA services can be utilized by any individual with medical expenses above a pre-set threshold.  These services can be applied to any out-of-pocket medical expenses regardless of the type of plan or service provided.
